Some of our dishes do not contain gluten, but regardless of this, we prepare all our dishes in a kitchen where we work every day with flour, walnuts, celery, eggs, and so on. If you are sensitive to gluten, or if you have other food intolerances, please take this into account and if you are unsure after seeking information, ask your dispatcher for help.
